Exchange Signatures

For a while, signatures have been a problem for some messaging administrators, but Exchnage 2007 gives us *some* respite!
Signatures for Outlook have always been configured and stored client-side.
This means that staff using different PC’s would potentially need to create sig’s per PC.
At this time, this is still the case.
Thankfully now, at least OWA has some good news!
OWA signatures are stored in the mailbox for the user, so any OWA session that the user runs will mean the same signature is used.
Unfortuantely, this does not carry back through into Outlook, so for the time being we still may use 2. 😦
Next version…??
